Welcome to McLean County 4-H Achievement Days at the McLean County Fair!

Sunday, June 8th, 12:00 p.m., County Fair Set Up for 4-H followed by picnic provided by Fair Board.

Monday, June 9^th, 6:30 p.m., Poultry Pullorum Testing, Barn at County Fairgrounds.

Thursday, June 12^th

• 8 a.m. Horse Show Registration (MUST pre-register- Form will be available on the County Fair website once it’s up)
• 9 a.m. Open 4-H Horse Show (Open to ANY ENROLLED North Dakota 4-H member, including Cloverbuds). Judge: Rebecca Hager, NDSU Extension, Fort Berthold Reservation 4-H Agent

Friday, June 13^th

• 9 a.m.- 4-H Static Judging Opens. Schedule TBA.
• 9-10 a.m.- Registration of 4-H Rabbits and Poultry, Barn Area.
• 11:30 a.m.- Flag-raising Ceremony, County 4-H Ambassador Introductions, and 4-H Picnic.
• Noon- 4-H Rabbit & Poultry Show. Judge: TBA.
• 4 p.m.- 6 p.m.- ALL 4-H & FFA Livestock Registration. Commercial/Market animals weigh-in.

Saturday, June 14^th

• Judging of Booth Award and Herdsmanship Awards throughout the day.
• 11 a.m. - 4-H Livestock Show. Judge: Olivia Nitschke of Jud, ND. Graduate of Fort Scott Community College’s livestock judging program.
• Immediately following Livestock Show, Round Robin Livestock Showmanship Competition. Coordinated by Shane Giedd.
• Each division winner (Junior, Intermediate, Senior) gets to custom design a $120 buckle, sponsored by Coal Lake Livestock.
• 4:00 p.m.- Cloverbud Parade
• 4:00 p.m.- 4-H & FFA Livestock Premium Sale & 4-H Awards (Auctioneers: Corey Neumiller and Austin Wall)

Sunday, June 15^th

• Judging of Booth Award and Herdsmanship Awards throughout the day.
• 11:00 a.m. - All raffle tickets due to NDSU Extension-McLean County
• 12:00 p.m. - Announce 50/50 Raffle winner and top ticket sales winner
• 5:30 p.m. - 4-H Animals and Static Exhibits Release.
• Animal exhibitors MUST have stalls/pens expected by Fair Board Member, Ashley Giedd-Wooley, or premiums will be forfeited.
• 5:30 p.m. Fairgrounds Clean-up. All hands on deck!
